This STANDARD is not met as evidenced by: Based on review of laboratory policies, and interview with the histotechnician 01/15 /2025, the Laboratory Director (LD) failed to have a job description for the General Supervisor (GS). Findings: Review of laboratory policy, "Job Descriptions," revealed the absence of a job description for the GS. During interview at approximately 11:36 a. m., the histotechnician confirmed the laboratory did not have a written job description for the GS.
