This STANDARD is not met as evidenced by: Based on survey review of competency assessment records and interview with the technical consultant, the technical consultant's evaluation of competency was not specific to the Aurora Health Center-Six Points location for two of seven testing personnel in 2019 and 2020. Findings include: 1. Review of the competency assessment records for 2019 and 2020 showed no evaluation of competency specific to the Aurora Health Center-Six Points location for two of seven testing personnel. 2. Interview with the technical consultant on February 4, 2021 at 10:40 AM, confirmed the technical consultant did not evaluate competency specific to the Aurora Health Center-Six Points location for two of seven testing personnel in 2019 and 2020.
