This STANDARD is not met as evidenced by: Based on review of the laboratory's list of tests performed, lack of documentation, and interview with the practice manager and clinic manager the laboratory failed to have a system of verifying the accuracy of testing for Moh's testing in 2022. Findings are: 1. Review of the laboratory's list of tests performed revealed the laboratory performs Moh's testing. 2. Review of the laboratory's documentation revealed no system of verifying the accuracy of testing for Moh's testing in 2022. 3. Interview with the practice manager and clinic manager on 9/21/2023 at 11:02 AM confirmed the laboratory did not verify the accuracy of testing for Moh's testing in 2022.
