This STANDARD is not met as evidenced by: Based on review of laboratory records and staff interview, the laboratory failed to review total protein proficiency testing (PT) results for 2021 event two (one of three events reviewed). The findings include: 1. Review of the laboratory's proficiency testing records revealed the proficiency testing evaluation report for 2021 event two for total protein had not been reviewed (one of three PT events). 2. Interview on February 2, 2022 at approximately 9:30 am with the quality supervisor confirmed the laboratory failed to review proficiency testing results for total protein for 2021 event two.
