This STANDARD is not met as evidenced by: Based on annual performance evaluations and interview with the technical consultant (TC), the TC failed to document annual performance evaluations for 2 of 15 testing personnel in 2020. Findings: 1. Review of performance evaluations in 2020 showed no annual performance evaluation documented for TP #7 and TP #12. 2. Interview with the TC on August 4, 2022 at 12:30 PM confirmed the TC failed to document annual performance evaluations for 2 TP in 2020.
